Qualifications Proven Sales Leadership: 10+ years in senior sales roles, ideally within packaging, FMCG and B2B. Commercial Acumen: Strong P&L management and strategic decision‑making skills. Industry Expertise: Knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and consumer markets. IBP Savvy: Experience in Integrated Business Planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain alignment. Influential Leadership: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Qualifications: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
