This space is more than a retail store. It’s a beauty destination where customer experience comes first. From personalised makeup and advanced beauty services to influencer‑led events and immersive brand activations, BeautyBar is designed to inspire and connect. We’re looking for Casual Make Up Artists , to join our team of passionate, customer‑obsessed individuals who love beauty and thrive on creating meaningful connections. About the Role As a key team member in our trailblazing concept store, you won’t just be working retail — you’ll be delivering professional in‑store make‑up services and curating a one‑of‑a‑kind customer experience. This hybrid role blends hands‑on beauty therapy with premium retail — one moment you’ll be delivering a glowing facial, the next, helping a customer find their perfect foundation match. Every interaction is an opportunity to delight and empower. You’ll need to be available for 3‑4 shifts a week with a mix of weekday and a mandatory Saturday or Sunday (weekend) shifts , with availability over peak retail periods such as public holidays and the lead‑up to Christmas. You must be comfortable being in front of the camera as you will be involved in social media content, photoshoots, campaigns and launches. Role & Responsibilities: Deliver expert, personalised facial treatments in a professional, welcoming environment Provide beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to help customers feel confident and cared for Maintain high clinical and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with infection control and public health regulations Support and assist with in‑store activations, service appointments, and brand events Step onto the retail floor to engage customers, assist with product demos, and ensure visual merchandising excellence Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values authenticity, initiative, and continuous learning Act as a passionate brand ambassador, bringing the Beauty_Bar experience to life every day Skills & Experience Required: Qualification in Make Up Artistry (required) Minimum 2‑years proven experience performing professional facial treatments in a retail or salon/spa environment - Portfolio/Socials Strong understanding of infection control protocols, hygiene practices, and public health regulations Prior experience in retail, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or wellness sector Warm, confident communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment Professional personal presentation and genuine passion for beauty and wellness Benefits & perks: At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
