The primary role of the Beauty Advisor is to manage our skin care and colour cosmetic ranges whilst promoting and offering knowledge to customers.In this role you will be required to: Project a positive, friendly, enthusiastic manner to both fellow team members and customers alike. Actively work on the floor to service, sell to all customers through cosmetic and fragrance demonstrations and professional advice, providing a caring and informed service. Build and drive business by maintaining a close working relationship with the Cosmetic House Representatives. Actively maintain and grow client file card base according to guidelines set out by the company. Maximise sales, gain repeat business and build customer loyalty . Be confident , comfortable and capable of giving customers the correct product information.
