Responsibilities Lead customised research projects end‑to‑end - from proposals through to polished client presentations Work across quant (the focus) with scope to flex into qual if that's part of your toolkit Build and nurture strong client relationships - presenting with confidence and curiosity Bring a strategic voice, adding value in client rooms and spotting opportunities organically Guide projects spanning CX, segmentation, brand strategy, and more Qualifications & Profile Experienced custom researcher with solid quantitative chops (qual a plus) Thrives on client engagement, storytelling, and presenting Curious, energetic, and collaborative - enjoys speaking up and contributing ideas Social & Government experience advantage, but not essential This is a warm, ambitious, and supportive consultancy where you'll work directly with the two Directors and play a key role in shaping their next phase of growth.
