About The Role Permanent Full-time Receptionist position Responsibilities include welcoming clients and patients, answering phones, booking appointments, managing payments, handling emails, organizing paperwork, banking, and administrative tasks. Triaging patients (training provided during induction). Providing advice on vaccine schedules, food, and parasite prevention. Preparing estimates for elective procedures. Working in a busy environment to enhance customer service skills. Joining a friendly team that values teamwork and a positive work environment. Candidate Attributes Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role. Experience working with animals is highly desirable. Proficient in computer use. Motivated, caring, and compassionate. Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills. Organized with high attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented. Good communication skills. Willingness to contribute to clinic initiatives and goals.
