The Role We’re looking for a reliable, full-time, casual staff member to join our production and packing team. You’ll play a hands‑on role in preparing ingredients, cooking, bottling, labelling, and dispatching orders. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with opportunities for overtime and potential transition into a full‑time role based on performance. Key Responsibilities Prepping ingredients and blending herbs/spices Cooking with hot oil (training provided) Operating filling and labelling machinery Packing orders for dispatch Stock organisation and general housekeeping Working in hot or cold environments when required What We’re Looking For Hospitality or kitchen experience is essential Previous food production or factory experience is a big plus Forklift license is a bonus but not required Strong attention to detail and fast, efficient work style Positive attitude, accountability, and eagerness to learn Perks & Culture Close‑knit, passionate team with a love for food Celebrated milestones with team lunches & dinners Christmas bonuses for loyal, hard‑working staff Vibrant work environment with growth potential If you're motivated, hands‑on and love food—we’d love to hear from you.
