About the role Reporting to the Patient Program Coordinator Team Leader, you will be responsible for the administration and delivery of medication orders for our patient programs as well as performing general administration tasks. The successful candidate must have superior customer service and communication skills. Hours of work are 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, located onsite in Frenchs Forest. Responsibilities Ensuring eligibility/approval is received and enrolling patients to appropriate program Patient contact for all enquiries Liaising with clinics and specialists to ensure correct scripts are received in a timely manner Receipt of incoming orders and arrange dispatch of medication to patients Update database with relevant information Processing customer payments Responding to queries via phone, email or general correspondence Assisting with the day to day running of the office environment General administration Skills, experience and requirements Customer service and administration experience Professional and friendly manner Proactive, with the ability to solve problems and work independently Strong attention to detail Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines A good team player with a “can do” attitude Experience working in the pharmacy, health care or medical industry an advantage If you have a winning spirit, are customer and solution focused and would love to work for an innovative and dynamic company then please submit a cover letter and resume via the link.
