ServiceStream is seeking a dynamic Field Supervisor to oversee a large portfolio of NBN ODM Construction projects, lead field teams, and ensure high-quality, compliant delivery across our network builds. About the Role Field Supervisor – ODM | Telecommunications | ServiceStream Location : Canberra, ACT Reports to : Regional Delivery Manager Employment Type : Permanent, Full-Time Business Unit : Telecommunications – ODM (On-Demand Module) Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate field staff and subcontractors across multiple NBN projects. Conduct site assessments and surveys to support detailed design and construction. Manage construction schedules to meet key delivery milestones. Ensure compliance with NBN Design Standards , OH&S policies, and quality benchmarks. Liaise with clients, public authorities, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. Drive contractor performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met. Support training, onboarding, and compliance management for subcontractors. What You Bring Minimum 5 years’ experience in external plant network construction. Proven leadership in managing subcontractors and large-scale project portfolios. Hands-on experience with HFC, FTTN, FTTC, FTTP, FTTB technologies. Strong background in civil construction , cable hauling, and NBN network delivery. Proficiency in Excel and contract management. Client-focused mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Industry-recognised accreditations. Experience in ODM NBN contracts and site assessments.
