Reporting to the CFO, this newly created Head of Commercial Finance role will play a pivotal part in shaping financial performance, commercial strategy, and decision-making across multiple business units. You’ll partner closely with operational leaders to drive profitability, enhance reporting capability, and embed data‑driven insights throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of accurate monthly results, forecasts, and budgets across the Group. Provide commercial analysis and insight to support strategic and operational decision‑making. Oversee development of reporting dashboards and KPI analysis to monitor business performance. Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and data integrity. Build capability and mentor a growing commercial finance team. Partner with the senior leadership team to identify growth opportunities and manage financial risk. About You CA or CPA qualified, with extensive experience in commercial finance leadership. Proven ability to influence, challenge, and support operational leaders in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical mindset, with demonstrated success improving business performance and reporting capability. Advanced systems and reporting skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or complex multi-site environment will be well regarded.
