Why We Are Hiring We’re hiring an exceptional Head of Finance to build the financial architecture that can support our next stage of growth. This is a value-creation role, not a maintenance role. You will fundamentally influence how we track and deliver on margin, cash, customer economics, supply chain efficiency, and enterprise value. You’ll work directly with the founders who think commercially and give their leadership team genuine ownership. This role has a clear runway to evolve into a CFO-level position within 12-18 months , aligned with business scale and personal performance. What You’ll Be Responsible For 1. Financial Strategy, FP&A & Decision Support Own budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling and long-range planning. Refine Eureka’s commercial reporting ecosystem — including unit economics, contribution margin, cash bridges & margin waterfalls and the systems/software we use to track, report and update them Translate numbers into action — identifying risks early, sharpening trade-offs, and guiding strategy 2. Financial Governance & Compliance Own all core finance operations: month-end close, statutory accounts, audit readiness, tax governance, treasury, internal controls Build a disciplined, transparent control environment that supports speed and scale Lead BAS, ITR, payroll tax, workers comp and insurance 3. Working Capital, Inventory & Cost Excellence Architect end-to-end visibility across inventory, COGS, landed cost, production variances, and stock ageing Drive working capital discipline and cash conversion improvements with real operational impact Partner with Commercial team on supply chain financing, purchasing, demand planning and SKU-level economics 4. Board & Investor Reporting Prepare and present monthly board packs, KPI dashboards and investor insights Shape financial strategy with clarity and executive-level judgment Lead optimisation and integration of finance and accounting systems — input into future state ERP selection, supporting tooling, and building out a high performance finance team Champion data integrity across supply chain, manufacturing, commercial and D2C. About You 10+ years in high-performance finance environments: e.g. senior finance roles at blue chip FMCG, retail, manufacturing or ecommerce companies, high growth startup to scale ups, investment banking, private equity, consulting or other top tier advisory CA or CPA qualified, with rock-solid technical accounting and compliance depth. Strong fundamentals in working capital, inventory accounting, production finance and cost control. Exceptional analytical horsepower — structured, fast, commercially instinctive. Deep understanding of ecommerce and product economics, including CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin, D2C cohort retention vs churn drivers, supply chain financing and cash conversion cycle, inventory velocity & demand-led planning Proven ability to impose structure in fast-changing environments without slowing the business down. Bias to action, intellectual curiosity, and a track record of sharpening clarity inside ambiguity.
