Are you passionate about strategic growth and building high-value partnerships? We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development and Leasing Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including developers, agents, builders, consultants, fund managers, REITs, superannuation funds, valuers, and strategic partners. Site Analysis & Feasibility: Support the identification and evaluation of strategic sites, engaging with developers, architects, builders, and agents to assess opportunities. Deal Negotiation: Contribute to the negotiation of Club and Group Deals, including multi-site developments and institutional partnerships. Lease Agreements: Assist in negotiating offers to lease and agreements for lease with development partners and legal advisers. Growth Strategy: Shadow the GM – Growth to understand deal dynamics and identify process improvements to enhance the development pipeline. Commercial Analysis: Provide analytical support and insights on commercial activities such as sale transactions, mergers, and acquisitions. Feasibility Support: Collaborate with the Network Planning Manager to refine templates and research methods used to assess new location growth. Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline such as accounting, finance, commerce, economics or law. Experience in real estate particularly commercial property or commercial leasing. CA / CPA qualifications would be highly regarded. Qualifications in a property related discipline would be an advantage. Why Join Us?
