The Opportunity This is an opportunity to work closely with one of Australia's leading venture capital teams. The team is headed by an impressive partner. The VC team work across a range of areas through out the life-cycle including advising on debt and equity financings, general corporate governance, regulatory compliance, bolt-on acquisitions and exit strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with other teams in the firm including employment, financial services, technology and banking lawyers. The Firm Our client is one of Australia's leading corporate law firms. As an outstanding law firm, you will be exposed to a large number of major and ground breaking deals on offer, in a forward thinking and agile working environment. About You The ideal candidate will have: 18 months plus pae in the area of corporate law; advantageous would be experience in venture capital Strong technical and drafting skills Commercial acumen Drive and enthusiasm Benefits & Culture On top of a generous salary is an incentive scheme.
