What You’ll Do As a Test Lead/Manager at KJR, you won’t just “tick the QA box.” You’ll: Lead, inspire, and mentor high-performing testing teams. Shape test strategies that tackle complex, high-stakes projects. Be the trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping them deliver better technology outcomes. Drive innovation in testing processes, tools, and methodologies. Balance hands-on leadership with the big-picture strategy. Every project is different, which means your role will never feel repetitive. You’ll have the chance to work across industries that matter—government, finance, health, energy, and more. Who We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who: Holds Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship (essential for this role). Has proven experience leading testing initiatives and teams. Knows their way around testing frameworks, methodologies, and tools. Communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders. Thrives in collaboration and enjoys mentoring others. Can see both the fine detail and the big picture. Who Are We?
