Please find the job description below Job Title: Corporate Social Responsibility Manager-ANZ Roles and responsibilities: Develop ANZ CSR strategy to ensure the alignment of CSR initiatives with TCS’ business goals and values as well as local government requirements Lead the execution of TCS’ CSR strategy for ANZ by liaising with different departments to coordinate efforts Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships: Develop and manage partnerships with external stakeholders such as government agencies, academic institutions, not‑for‑profit groups, and community organizations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on completion and delivery of key projects and initiatives. Create opportunities for employees and clients to engage in CSR initiatives, including developing volunteer initiatives. Lead the training and capability building efforts for employees to effectively contribute towards all CSR programs. Innovation, Program Management and Delivery: Drive innovation in the adaptation and delivery of initiatives, incorporating best practices and trends in CSR in ANZ. End to end program management including budgeting, program planning, delivery, and evaluation of impact. Ensure global CSR initiatives are customized to meet local community needs while maintaining consistency with TCS’ global mission. Mitigate risks associated with CSR programs through effective planning and stakeholder engagement. Communication & Representation: Communicate the organization’s CSR strategy and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, government bodies, and the communities at large. Represent TCS at external forums including Thought Leadership opportunities and awards submissions Impact Monitoring: Prepare and present reports that measure the impact of CSR initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability. Identify, measure, and monitor the social impact or value of the CSR initiatives. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure CSR function complies with relevant laws and regulations and mitigate any potential risks.
