Corporate Social Responsibility Manager

Key Responsibilities Develop ANZ CSR strategy to align initiatives with TCS’ business goals, values, and local government requirements. Lead execution of TCS’ CSR strategy for ANZ, coordinating across departments. Develop and manage partnerships with external stakeholders such as government agencies, academic institutions, not‑for‑profit groups, and community organizations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the completion and delivery of key projects and initiatives. Create opportunities for employees and clients to engage in CSR initiatives, including volunteer programs. Lead training and capability building efforts for employees to contribute to all CSR programs. Drive innovation in adapting and delivering initiatives, incorporating best practices and CSR trends. Manage end‑to‑end programs, including budgeting, planning, delivery, and impact evaluation. Customize global CSR initiatives to local community needs while maintaining consistency with TCS’ global mission. Mitigate risks associated with CSR programs through effective planning and stakeholder engagement. Communicate the organization’s CSR strategy and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, government bodies, and the communities at large. Represent TCS at external forums, including thought‑leadership opportunities and awards submissions. Prepare and present reports measuring the impact of CSR initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability. Identify, measure, and monitor the social impact or value of the CSR initiatives.
