We invite you to shape the next chapter of Princess Polly’s sustainability journey as our Social Responsibility Engagement Lead. In this role, you will drive our global sustainability vision forward, aligning teams with B Corp commitments, championing purpose‑driven projects, and strengthening our social and environmental footprint. Responsibilities Drive global engagement in social responsibility, acting as the connector between purpose and action. Lead impact storytelling and develop high‑quality reports such as the Annual Impact Report, CDP report, Modern Slavery Statement, and Reconciliation Action Plans. Manage B Corp and sustainability reporting, ensuring Princess Polly remains on track for recertification. Deliver creative, purpose‑driven projects that engage the global team and partners. Build and manage partnerships with charities and community organisations to maximise social and environmental impact. Inspire the team through workshops, onboarding sessions, and events that connect everyone to our mission. Benefits Competitive salary package. Flexible working arrangements.
