Resident Wellbeing Assistant - Mount Martha Valley Join Royal Freemasons LTD as a Resident Wellbeing Assistant at the Mount Martha Valley Residential Aged Care Facility in Safety Beach. Compensation: $30.88 p/h - $33.43 p/h (plus allowances), superannuation, salary packaging, and optional benefits. Responsibilities Support the implementation and evaluation of all activity programmes. Review and complete consumer assessments. Work under the direct supervision of the Lifestyle Coordinator and collaborate closely with volunteers, therapy, and care staff. Assist with person‑centered holistic care for residents. Provide casual support across a 14‑day roster, offering a variety of shifts to suit your lifestyle. Benefits Competitive salary packaging options up to $15,990, novated leasing, and a Meals & Entertainment card up to $2,650 per annum. Free onsite parking. Requirements for the Role Relevant qualifications in Leisure and Lifestyle or Aged Care. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. Experience with dementia care and knowledge of memory support programmes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents and families. A compassionate approach to supporting elderly residents and individuals with disabilities. Effective written communication skills and intermediate computer skills. Other Requirements Current, full driver’s licence for the State of Victoria (appropriate for the vehicle type). Valid Police Clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance (or both). COVID‑19 vaccination evidence (3 doses) and flu vaccine before commencement.
