Resident Wellbeing Assistant - Coppin Centre Melbourne Royal Freemasons LTD is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Resident Wellbeing Assistants to join our dedicated team. This rewarding role plays a vital part in supporting the emotional, social, and lifestyle wellbeing of our residents, helping them live with purpose, connection, and dignity. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, preparing, and delivering daily lifestyle and wellbeing activities Encourage resident participation based on individual needs, preferences, and abilities Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and staff Support residents to attend activities, appointments, and events throughout the home Maintain accurate documentation of resident participation and wellbeing outcomes Contribute to a welcoming and vibrant environment that promotes social connection Encourage inclusion, cultural awareness, and meaningful engagement About You Experience in aged care, lifestyle, community services, or similar (advantageous) A warm personality with excellent communication skills Ability to motivate and engage residents in group and one-on-one activities Organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to dignity, respect, choice, and person-centred care Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Community Services, or Lifestyle Key Requirements Valid Police Clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance, or potentially both, is mandatory for working in the Aged Care sector All aged care workers are encouraged to be vaccinated against Covid-19 (3 vaccines) and to receive the Flu-Vaccine; proof of Covid-19 vaccination will be required prior to commencement How To Apply Simply click on the “apply” button and follow the prompts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
