Your role: As a WHS Graduate – Building Automations here at Honeywell, you will play a supporting role in ensuring the safety, energy efficiency, and productivity of building facilities. You will utilize your knowledge and skills in Work Health and Safety (WHS) to implement and maintain effective safety protocols and procedures. Your expertise in building automations will contribute to creating sustainable and comfortable environments for building occupants. You will report directly to our WHS Manager and you'll work out of anywhere in Australia on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall safety and well‑being of building occupants and Honeywell Workers across Pacific. Your role: Conduct risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards (SWMS/TLRA/Risk Registers) Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, reports and business‑wide communications. Work with cross‑functional teams to integrate WHS practices into operational systems. Provide training and guidance to employees on WHS best practices. Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Work Health and Safety or a related field. Knowledge of WHS regulations and best practices. Strong thoughtful and problem‑solving skills. Experience in building automations or a related field. Certification in WHS or a related field.
