The Role As Full Time Primary Products QA Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring food safety, product quality, and compliance within our production environment. This hands‑on role involves daily checks, audits, calibrations, and supporting the production team to maintain the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Perform operational checks (pH, temperature, MAP, sensory evaluations). Daily calibration of scales, pH meters, probes, and x‑ray machines. Review and verify production paperwork. Conduct chemical concentration checks and sensory assessments. Investigate and report quality issues, ensuring corrective actions. Support GMP and food safety compliance across all departments. What We’re Looking For Certificate/Diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field (preferred). Experience in food manufacturing QA/QC. Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
