We are prominent oil recycling facility renowned for its excellence in engineering innovation and technical proficiency The Opportunity We are seeking experienced Fixed Process Plant Operators to join our team in Bunbury at our lube oil refinery. In your role as a Process Plant Operator, you will hold a vital position in our operations where your primary responsibility is to ensure an efficient and safe plant operation of our lube oil refinery. These positions are on a Day/Night shift roster of 4 Days on, 4 Days off, 4 Nights on, 4 Days off. These positions are not a FIFO role and offers a great work & home life balance. Key Responsibilities Process Plant operations including monitoring for stable production, troubleshooting and basic maintenance. Work closely with shift leaders to manage day-to-day Operations and help develop a robust, multi-skilled team through mentoring and training. Assist in shutdown maintenance Loading and unloading of trucks, tankers and trailers Water chemical treatment Tank farm management Troubleshooting and rectification works within the plant operations Adhere to safety protocols, identify hazards, and participate in safety initiatives Plant shutdown (minor and major), and plant start-up in a safe manner Who are we looking for? Minimum of 2 years of experience in Process Plant Operations.
