We are a local building company based in Tweed Heads and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for projects on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. We are looking for a motivated, proactive, forward‑thinking individual with excellent management skills. We would value someone who takes pride in their work with an eye for detail, respectful of others, and has had a variety of experience on differing projects with the ability to manage various projects. This is an office based full‑time position. You will need to be a team player working towards team goals, however you can also work individually and unsupervised. The ideal candidate will be reliable, fit and healthy, with a hardworking, can‑do attitude. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Strong knowledge of construction delivery, planning, procurement, develop and manage construction programs, contracts administration, cost control capability meeting budgets, and compliance managing. Leadership: Oversee subcontractors, consultants, with strong leadership skills to inspire teams, maintain site discipline, and deliver top‑quality results. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction techniques, NCC, and relevant regulations ensuring compliance, safety, and quality benchmarks are met. Stakeholder Liaison: Clear professional communication skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders. Problem‑Solving: The ability to think critically and resolve issues on the fly, anticipate and resolve issues to keep your projects on time and on budget. Ownership: You’re organised, proactive, and thrive on taking full control of your projects. Software: Proficient in construction software. Procurement & Logistics: Manage materials, equipment, and site logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly. Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement smarter construction methods.
