Base pay range A$130,000.00/yr - A$137,000.00/yr The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex ICT software upgrades and rollouts across a range of enterprise and niche business systems. You'll play a key role in driving technology-enabled transformation, working within an established governance framework to deliver projects that enhance service delivery and build long-term capability for the organisation and its customers. The Role You'll oversee the end-to-end delivery of ICT projects, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder engagement, vendor management, planning, change management, and adherence to Project Management methodologies. Lead the delivery of ICT software upgrade and rollout projects Manage vendors, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes Oversee project governance, financials, scope, and risk management Drive business change and adoption through effective organisational change management Ensure compliance with established frameworks, methodologies, and technical standards Contribute to a collaborative culture of continuous improvement and agile practices About You You're a proactive and adaptable project manager who thrives in dynamic, complex environments. You balance strong stakeholder management with delivery discipline, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Proven track record delivering ICT software or system upgrade projects Skilled in vendor and stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas Demonstrated experience working alongside PMO Strong capability in managing budgets, schedules, risks, and issues Understanding of change management principles to support business adoption Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset A solutions-focused approach with the ability to mentor and guide teams The Benefits Initial Fixed-term contract through until EOFY '26, with strong scope for extension Work across a range of IT projects Work in a highly supportive environment, with PMO to assist Hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in Gold Coast office 9-day fortnight, with 36 hours p/w How to Apply Please apply with current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
