Kaisercraft is looking for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Carey Park Based in Geelong, we’re a family‑owned business with over 100 retail stores and counting, located throughout Australia. Whilst we continue to grow, Kaisercraft has a strong focus on ensuring the Kaisercraft values are carried all the way from our head office through to our retail stores. The Opportunity As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our beautiful product range. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include: Opening and closing of the store Assisting with day‑to‑day store operations Demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives Maintaining the store’s appearance and organization to a high standard About You Experience in a customer‑facing role The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs A motivated individual with a passion to sell our products Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills Ability to work autonomously, problem‑solve and take initiative Flexibility across the 7 days of the week including late nights and weekends Be happy to work on average 2‑3 shifts a week which will vary from 3‑5 hours long. There will also be the opportunity to pick up additional hours from time to time.
