Location: Pilbara, WAEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: $90,000 – $125,000 p.a. + $10,400 remote allowance (pro rata)Housing: Available About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Child Sexual Assault Counsellor to join our client’s team in the Pilbara. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families affected by trauma. You will provide professional counselling and support in a safe, confidential, and culturally sensitive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide specialist counselling and support to children and families affected by sexual assault Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans Maintain accurate and confidential case records Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to ensure holistic care Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision What you need Demonstrated experience in child sexual assault counselling Bachelor qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or equivalent Working With Children Check (WWCC) Full working rights Strong communication, interpersonal, and cultural awareness skills What’s on Offer Competitive salary package: $90,000 – $125,000 p.a.
