The Role We are seeking a passionate, experienced and values‑driven Centre Manager to lead our service with integrity, vision and a strong commitment to Early Childhood Education and Care. About You You are a confident, capable and emotionally intelligent leader with: DiplomaorBachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) Minimum two years of experience in a leadership capacity in ECEC settings Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework,EYLF andVEYLDF Current certifications-First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management, WWCC, Police Check Commitment to Child Safety with continuous quality improvement mindset Experience in managing rosters, enrolments and regulatory obligations Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills Proven ability tolead, guide and uplifta team to achieve positive educational outcomes Why Embracia?
