As our Cluster Sales Executive, you will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences, and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions, across our three Perth properties:Parmelia Hilton PerthDoubletree by Hilton Perth NorthbridgeDoubleTree by Hilton Perth WaterfrontThe Cluster Sales Executive (CSE) will interact
frequently
with guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business. Specifically, a CSE will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenueManage an events schedule to maximize yieldFocus on a consistently executed up-selling approachBuild strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needsArrange and conduct hotel/venue toursEnsure the complete administration and execution of all planned eventsParticipate in hotel promotional activitiesAbout You:
Hotel industry experience is
preferredMust be physically based in WA (or willing to
relocate
at your own cost)Full Australian Work RightsStrong organization and administration skillsPositive attitude and advanced communication skillsCommitment to delivering
a high level
of customer serviceConfident telephone mannerHigh level
of IT skillsPrevious
