Associate (Client Services Manager)

RFS Advice (RFS) is an award winning advice practice based on the Gold Coast. We are currently looking for an Associate to join our existing team. You will be a self starter with a strong understanding of the financial planning process and wanting to be part of a high performing, client centric business. This role will work with one of the Directors and the broader RFS team to help provide the highest level of service to our clients. Being actively involved in the advice process, this role demands a strong knowledge of financial planning strategies across retirement planning, insurance and investments. Qualifications Have recently completed, or working towards completing a degree in Financial Planning or Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning Work experience or previous experience in a Financial Planning office Strong understanding of the advice process and compliance framework Excellent attention to detail Exceptional communication skills with a strong client focus Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously and part of a team Strong knowledge in the full suite of Microsoft Office.
