Having maintained a huge market share, we are certainly leading the way. This role with Visy Board is based out of Dandenong.We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team and ensure seamless order management whilst exuding exceptional customer support. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts, addressing order-related inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to continuous improvement projects. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will be essential in achieving positive outcomes for our customers.Your key areas you will be responsible for will be but not limited to:Manage day to day customer requestsProvide daily order updates to allocated key accounts, keeping customers informed about order statuses, expected delivery times, and any relevant changes.Serve as the primary internal contact for all order-related issues, addressing customer concerns promptly and efficiently.Assist the customer service team during peak periods or when team members are away, ensuring continuous coverage and maintaining high service standardsOversee the New Work requirements, initiating a smooth onboarding of new products and ensuring a seamless customer experience.What you need to succeed:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent Customer-Service and Stakeholder Management skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamExperience in Customer service based roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systemsWhen you join Visy, you’re joining a global leader dedicated to making serious progress in the sustainable packaging and recycling industries.
