National Area Manager

This is an incredible opportunity for an Area Manager to play a fundamental role in driving the growth strategy across Australia for newly created childcare centres. You will have the chance to be part of shaping the brand and setting up the infrastructure, with the support needed to lead the development and expansion of their centres nationally.
As Area Manager you will drive the culture across all centres fostering positive engagement among team members and families and driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
This opportunity doesn’t come along every day, with an aggressive growth strategy in place this person can really reap the rewards of the successful centre expansion through a very generous performance-based incentive scheme.

The Role:Play a pivotal role in building the infrastructure for their childcare centres with expansion in mindSpearhead the launch of new services and centres, from planning to executionOversee a growing portfolio of childcare services, ensuring effective management and operational performance of each centrePromote a culture centred on teamwork, fairness, achievement, and fun, while also acknowledging and celebrating successesDrive success in key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet goalsMentor and coach, the team with a strong focus on improvement and excellenceMaximize area occupancy and revenue through strategic local area marketing, enrollment initiatives, and value-added servicesDevelop and enforce policies and procedures that uphold the highest quality standardsEffectively manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control to ensure financial health and sustainability
The ideal candidate:Proven experience in a similar role managing high-performing childcare centresIdeally holds or is willing to obtain a provider license (preferable)Experience coaching and mentoring senior leadersWill have experience with the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework and regulatory compliance.Adaptable to changing priorities with a strategic mindsetProven experience driving sales profit and growthExcellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilitiesWill hold prior budget management experience
