National Sales Manager

to join the team.As a National Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in challenging and driving the design and achievements of strategic sales plans appropriate to achieve strategic goals and business targets in keeping with the vision and purpose.Reporting into the General Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:Develop Sales Plans that enable Subaru to exceed stakeholders’ expectationsManagement of performance, ensuring accountability of all levelsIdentify and develop, then execute plan to maximise sales potential, particularly non-traditional approachesDevelop key stakeholder relationshipTo be successful in the role, you will:Have experience in a similar roleHave management experience in a fast paced environmentHave experience in sales managementHave experience developing and implementing sales strategiesHave the ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing sales teamsHave strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skillsHave a results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer serviceApply nowIf you believe you have the skills and experience required for this role, apply today
