We are proud of the culture we have created and continued to build upon.About the OpportunityWe are seeking an inspirational and results-driven sales leader to head up our Major Retailers team, responsible for our Woolworths, Coles, ALDI, Metcash and Costco accounts. Based in Sydney and reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and profitability of these accounts. Levering your extensive leadership experience, you will guide a talented team of National Account Managers, aligning business strategies with market dynamics.Key Responsibilities:Overall responsibility for the Majors’ business, including full P&L managementAssisting with developing strategic long-term growth agenda for Major AccountsWorking closely with Director of Sales to set sales and margin targets for the channel; supporting NAMs to meet themCommercial Acumen:

supporting NAMs, providing commercial and strategic adviceSales Leadership and Stakeholder Management:

managing NAMs and promoting a culture of collaboration across relevant business functions (e.g. BD, marketing, category)Mentoring, training, upskilling and developing teamInnovation and Adaptability:
