This position offers 23.5 hours per week, including two teaching days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and flexible planning time. The successful applicant will work closely with the Service Leader and a committed team to deliver a high-quality, inclusive kindergarten program that supports each child’s learning, development, and wellbeing. As the Early Childhood Teacher, you will: Provide pedagogical leadership and collaborate with the team to ensure delivery of a responsive, safe, and engaging educational program. Support service operations to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and drive continuous quality improvement. Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive. Bring strong knowledge of contemporary early childhood practice and a commitment to reflective teaching.
