We are currently seeking multiple Plough Operators and Labourers to join our friendly crew working across regional NSW. These are full‑time, permanent roles with great conditions, strong earning potential, and an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone belongs. You’ll work a 21 days on / 7 days off roster, usually 10–12 hours a day, alongside a strong, supportive crew. Most of our team members use their own caravans for accommodation while away, but if you don’t have one, we can still consider your application and help find a solution. What You’ll Be Doing Rod, Rope & Hauling – handling and hauling fibre cables by hand or machinery Civil works – repairing blockages, operating plant and equipment (dozer, excavator, vacuum trucks, HR trucks, mobile cranes) General labouring – fence cutting and repair, manual and mechanical excavation What You’ll Need Mandatory: Current Driver’s Licence Current Construction White Card Desirable (but not essential): Operator & VOC Excavator / Dozer Pit, Pipe & Cable Hauling course Working at Heights High Risk Licence Vehicle Loading Crane ticket Why Join Ventia Ventia is one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading infrastructure services companies, working across many essential industries.
