This position supports purchasing, export, and general office administration functions within a busy agricultural manufacturing environment. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring documentation, compliance, and communication flow smoothly between warehouse, logistics, and management teams. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a professional, fast-paced workplace. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process purchase orders and supplier documentation Conduct stocktakes and verify received goods against purchase orders Research and compare suppliers to ensure value and quality Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records Prepare and verify export documentation in line with DAFF and company standards Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and warehouse staff Assist with export freight bookings and scheduling Answer phones professionally and provide general office support Comply with all WHS and administrative policies and procedures Benefits $30.57 per hour 3-month duration , with the potential for ongoing employment 24 hours per week , Wednesday to Friday (8am-4pm) Supportive and safety-focused team environment Gain experience in export and purchasing administration within agribusiness Your Skills & Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sound understanding of administrative and clerical procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software Attention to detail and excellent organisational ability A proactive, team-oriented approach Your own transport and accommodation Choose Agri Labour Australia Agri Labour Australia is an award-winning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
