Carmichael Kids Early Learning Centre – Morayfield QLD Carmichael Kids Early Learning and Kindergarten is a faith-based Christian not-for-profit Early Years’ Service in Morayfield. Our Service adheres to and promotes the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations and Cultural Safety. We aim to promote a safe environment that promotes children’s well‑being. The Kindy Service Manager / Nominated Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service. The Manager will be passionate about working with children in a supportive Christian environment and highly motivated to lead and inspire our dedicated early years team, while maintaining ongoing, effective communication with parents/families and the wider community. Key responsibilities Deliver high‑quality early childhood education and care service. Implement the objectives and goals of the Carmichael Early Years Services. Build strong trusting relationships between children, families and staff. Develop a cohesive professional team. Facilitate meaningful parent participation in all aspects of service provision. Provide flexible, relevant and responsive service provision. Manage cost‑effective service provision and the best investment of available resources. Ensure the service is compliant with the National Law and Regulations as prescribed by the Education & Care Authority. Ensure compliance with Queensland Kindergarten Funding laws and guidelines, including administrative reporting and funding allocation tasks. Uphold the Christian values of a faith‑based early years' service. About you Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) desirable. Minimum three‑ or four‑year qualification in Early Childhood Education. Demonstrated initiative and innovation. Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines and the National Quality Standards is essential. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Valid Working with Children Check QLD. First Aid and Anaphylaxis Training. Asthma Management Training.
