About The RoleJoin our dedicated team at Sargood on Collaroy as our Reception Team Leader . In this pivotal role you’ll lead and inspire the Guest Services team, support daily operations and uphold exceptional service standards.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the front‑of‑house and guest services team. Oversee end‑to‑end booking administration and NDIS bookings. Execute funding requirements and ensure compliance. Process and report accounts payable, receivable and financial reporting. Deliver exceptional guest experiences from inquiry to post‑stay feedback. Maintain bookkeeping, accounts and contractor coordination. About You We seek a self‑motivated, friendly individual with leadership skills and a passion for guest experience. Essential Criteria Minimum 2 years experience in a front‑of‑house role within accommodation, hospital admissions or clinic setting. Experience working with NDIS. Strong administration, customer service and month‑end reporting skills. Effective interpersonal, communication and detail orientation. Computer literate, intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
