About the Opportunity We are looking for the industry’s finest chefs to join our opening team in Sydney this September.Opportunities across pastry and savoury kitchens. Opportunities available Chef de Partie Commis Chef The Ideal Candidate Must Have Chef experience in a premium a-la-carte restaurant Experience with Italian cuisine is advantageous Management candidates must have solid understanding of management practices and financial budgets / targets Exemplary leadership with focus on staff development Demonstrated experience in leading a high-performing team Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods Solid understanding of food safety standards Proven ability in building effective relationshipsOrganisational and time management skills Experience using Deputy (or similar Time & Attendance system), H&L, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication and presentation Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Working with Lucas Restaurants We exist to see our team succeed.
