The Dining Room will showcase the finest regional and coastal ingredients of Australia. We are currently recruiting for a professional Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Job Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Management and Manufacturing Industry: Hospitality Responsibilities Oversee a section of the Dining Room kitchen and ensure that it runs according to the performance standards as established by the Chef. Ensure all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes. Organise and set up the kitchen as effectively as possible. Monitor food and operating costs, and manage and reduce wastage. Hands‑on management, closely supervise kitchen associates in the performance of their duties.
