As we continue fast growth in a highly needed and welcomed advocacy space at ClaimsCo, we are seeking exceptional Insurance Claims Consultant's to join our dynamic insurance claims team based on the Gold Coast who will manage the claims process whilst having the clients best interest at heart. No experience in insurance or construction is required as full training will be provided, however we welcome people with experience to also apply. The ideal candidate will be someone who is enthusiastic, driven and motivated to have a career in the insurance industry. The successful applicant will be responsible for: Managing a portfolio of complex claims using expertise to negotiate a positive outcome for all parties following a period of training and development. Assisting the operations coordinator in relation to claims compliance. Provide recommendations where appropriate to benefit the Insured. Have the Insured's best interest at heart and be willing to negotiate on behalf of your clients. Be a part of a team where you will have the setting to learn, grow and be challenged. This is a challenging, varied and rewarding opportunity. To be successful you will need to offer: Excellent customer service with a high attention to detail. A fun and positive attitude & a drive to succeed. Ability to negotiate and debate with the Insurers when required. Experience in the Insurance industry highly regarded.
