Location: Melbourne / Sydney (or elsewhere within Sureway’s footprint, for the right candidate) Reports to: Chief Operating Officer The Role Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role oversees our Registered Training Organisation (RTO), generates new business opportunities and supports the team to achieve our ambitious growth targets. Due to an internal transfer, we are seeking a dynamic leader who can drive business growth, expand online training delivery, and lead a high-performing team as we enter an exciting new phase of opportunities. With a strong strategic orientation, you will translate strategy into actionable operational plans and build on your proven record of successful execution. The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience, familiarity with leading a team to design and implement online courses, and involvement in Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector/quality framework, state government training contracts and ASQA Standards. Responsibilities Oversee the Registered Training Organisation (RTO), generate new business opportunities and support the team to achieve growth targets. Drive business growth, expand online training delivery, and lead a high-performing team. Translate strategy into actionable operational plans and execute with a strong track record of delivery. Leverage senior leadership experience to design and implement online courses; engage with VET sector quality framework, state government training contracts and ASQA Standards. Qualifications A proven track record of business growth and performance leadership within the VET sector. Experience managing state funded contracts and meeting associated performance and compliance requirements. Ability to build, sustain and leverage effective working relationships. Analytical and adaptive mindset to respond to a dynamic business environment and deliver projects. Experience managing and delivering budgets, driving revenue generation, profitability, and sustainable organisational growth. Demonstrated strategic, analytical, and executive management skills.
