The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead our Wagga Wagga construction material testing facility. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily testing activities, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the laboratory team. Ensure compliance with NATA accreditation requirements and maintain quality systems. Oversee testing in accordance with Australian Standards and Transport for NSW (TfNSW) test methods. Manage workflows and reporting using GeoTester LIMS software. Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency in all laboratory operations. Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to deliver timely and reliable results.
