We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Townhouse Construction Supervisor to lead townhome projects across the Greenbank & Springfield areas. This role is ideal for someone with a strong trade background who can bring their own trusted team of trades to deliver high-quality builds efficiently and professionally. About The Role Manage day‑to‑day site operations across townhome developments. Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure builds meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with WHS and building codes. Our Ideal Candidate Has proven experience supervising townhome or multi‑residential construction. Has a strong understanding of construction plans, scheduling, and site safety. You have a network of trusted trades experienced in medium‑density builds, to bring with you. You hold a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a QLD Site Supervisor's license. You possess a current, clean driver's license. You're a safety champion. Ensuring a safe worksite for all employees and subcontractors. You're a strong communicator with the ability to build trust with all stakeholders, including team members, customers, and trades.
