We're growing and so is our team About the role Supervise multiple townhome builds in a fast paced environment. Dedicated scheduling support to prioritise the delivery of what you need, when you need it. Spend less time on the road with all your jobs in small geographic zones. Supportive & open leadership to empower you in your role. Strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring seamless operations. Cutting-edge construction software for streamlined scheduling and project management. A culture of professionalism and safety, where your well‑being is paramount. Our Ideal Candidate Proven experience supervising multiple medium_density townhome builds. You have a network of trusted trades experienced in medium density builds, to bring with you. You hold a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a QLD Site Supervisor's license. You possess a current, clean driver's license. You're a safety champion. Ensuring a safe worksite for all employees and subcontractors. You're a strong communicator with the ability to build trust with all stakeholders, including team members, customers, and trades.
