As our operations expand across Australia and New Zealand, we are seeking a talented and motivated Credit Analyst to join our Melbourne-based finance team. Role We're looking for a Credit Analyst with a minimum of two years' experience in finance, accounting, or banking. This is a full-time, onsite position based in our Melbourne office. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, as this role involves regular communication with both local clients and our international headquarters in China. Meetings will be in Mandarin. Key Responsibilities Evaluate new and existing customer credit applications and determine suitable credit limits. Analyse financial statements, payment histories, and credit reports to assess risk. Monitor outstanding accounts and manage collections activities where required. Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to support business growth while managing credit exposure. Prepare regular credit reports and recommendations for management. Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in both English and Mandarin. Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or banking. Fluent in Mandarin and English – both written and spoken. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business. Strong financial analysis and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP software.
