Rehabilitation Consultant - Psychologist, Social Worker or Rehab Counsellor We’re looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications and possess the following responsibilities. About You Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology (5th year – Master’s Degree required for Psychology applicants) Registration with AHPRA, AASW or ASORC Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans Pride yourself on strong stakeholder management and communication skills Arriba is made up of innovators – we want our staff to bring new ideas to the table Strong communication & report writing skills + client centred approach Tertiary Degree in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work Office based in Launceston, pool cars & flexible working arrangements The Role Deliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educating employers on the health benefits of good work Why Rehab Management?
