Job Description Account Management: Take ownership of existing accounts in the Murchison region, ensuring high levels of service and retention. Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities across the territory, particularly in the service and reverse engineering space. Technical Consulting: Leverage your engineering knowledge to provide tailored pump solutions, including centrifugal pump systems and reverse‑engineered components. Collaboration: Work closely with local engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Travel: Spend approximately 2 weeks per month on‑site with clients across the WA region (Murchison and South). The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: Engineering background (mechanical preferred) Strong sales aptitude with a proven ability to develop business Experience with centrifugal pumps or similar rotating equipment would be beneficial Ideally from an OEM or technical sales environment Analytical, consultative, and solutions‑focused approach Comfortable working autonomously and managing a remote territory Full flexibility for travel and site‑based work What's on Offer Competitive salary package between $ and $ AUD + up to 25% incentive bonus + super + car allowance or leased vehicle.
