We’re growing our Sales Team at Knoxfield and looking for a passionate, driven Sales Consultant to help expand our John Deere Compact Construction Equipment division. In this role, you’ll bring enthusiasm, a hunger for success, and a commitment to our ongoing success. You’ll be part of a team that prides itself on delivering world-class customer service and tailored solutions to our valued clients. Duties and responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include: Represents the company for the sale of equipment to customers within a geographic area Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership. Implement and maintain regular call cycles within a given area of responsibility. Maintain all customer information in the assigned territory for sales management. Understand and adhere to a clearly defined sales process. Achieves sales objectives set by Brandt as part of the sales planning process, including but not limited to market share. Maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment. Assist with the preparation and execution of customer events, including conducting new equipment field demonstrations. Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods. Attend applicable sales training events/seminars. Qualifications What are we looking for? Sales industry experience and comprehensive knowledge of compact construction equipment are considered an asset. Strong sales and customer service skills. Highly motivated and self-directed. Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills. Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts. Great working environment.
