We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our Project Support Services team, playing a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of over 2,700 RAN and Transmission sites as part of an annual capex program. This is a high-impact role that supports strategic growth, resilience, and operational efficiency across our network. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage Capex/Opex tracking, variation management, and vendor claims. Produce financial reports and dashboards for executive and governance forums. Ensure compliance with financial controls and Capex classification. Lead change integration across technical and delivery teams. Maintain risk registers and apply the Access Risk Framework to safeguard outcomes. Budget & Performance Optimisation Align unit costs with AOP targets and support ROIC strategies. Drive cost efficiencies and forecast accuracy across programs. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with internal teams and external partners including PPMO, DES, and Service Assurance. Facilitate steering committees and project meetings. What You Bring 10+ years in mobile/telco engineering project delivery. PMI, Prince II, or PMBOK certification. Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities. Deep understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies. Confident communicator across technical and business levels. Tertiary qualifications. PowerBI and Microsoft Suite proficiency. Technical knowledge of RAN, CORE, and Transmission infrastructure. What’s in it for you?
