Gaming Attendant – Prince Mark Hotel (Endeavour Group) We’re looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. You’ll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations. About the Role Gaming Attendant | Prince Mark Hotel. With great gaming comes great responsibility. Sound like a good fit? Game on Responsibilities Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget. Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, focusing on safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance. Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations. About You You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates. You are a team player with flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends. You hold current industry RSA, RCG and Gaming Licence qualifications. You’ll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people. Inherent Requirements This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
